No. Freight availability and rates depend on the market, your equipment and your lanes. We can do the work of searching and negotiating, but we do not promise a number of loads, a rate per mile or an income.
Tell us what you run and where you like to run it, and we will tell you plainly whether we can support it. We would rather say no at the start than take on freight we cannot dispatch well.
Both are agreed with each client. Callstones is based in Pakistan and works remotely, so we set covered hours around your schedule and time zone and agree whether we reach you and your drivers by phone, text or email. The hours we cover are part of the arrangement agreed with you before work starts.
Truck dispatch is about freight: finding loads, dealing with brokers and following each load to delivery. Fleet Operations Support is about the administration behind the fleet, such as vehicle and driver records, renewal dates, maintenance follow-up and reporting. They are separate services, and you can ask about either or both.
